Inspection Comments | RECEIVED A COMPLAINT ABOUT A ROACH IN A TACO. TALKED TO OWNER AND HE IS AWARE OF THE ROACH PROBLEM. HE HAS SEEN SOME COMING FROM THE CEILING. HE HAS HAD THE PLACE BATED, SPRAYED AND THEY HAVE SET OUT TRAPS. HE WANTS THE PEST CONTROL OPERATOR TO KILL THE ROACHES UP IN THE CEILING AS WELL AND HE'S GOING TO HAVE THE PEST CONTROL OPERATOR TAKE CARE OF THE CEILING NEXT. THE OWNER HAS ALSO CLEANED UNDER STOVES, COOLERS AND ALL EQUIPMENT AND HAS KEPT THE FACILITY CLEAN OF GREASE AND FOOD DEBRIS AS BEST AS POSSIBLE. THE PEST CONTROL OPERATOR WILL BE COMING BACK TODAY OR TOMORROW TO DO THE SAME FOR THE CEILING. WILL KEEP MONITORING THE ROACH PROBLEM UNTIL THEY ARE ELIMINATED. GOT A RECEIPT OF THE PEST CONTROL BEING AT THIS FACILITY ON MAY 9TH, 2019 |
